We recommend a 2-3 night stay at one of the following hotels:

Huntsville International Airport (1-hour drive to Florence)
Muscle Shoals Airport (15-minute drive to Florence)
Nashville Airport (2.5-hour drive to Florence)
Important Information
Meals Provided: Lunch and materials are included each day.
Breakfast and dinner are on your own.Certification: You must stay until the end of the workshop to receive your certificate.

COVID-19 Precautions
Your safety is our priority. Here are the measures we’re taking:
Temperatures will be taken at the door.
Masks are required at all times.
Assigned seating and workstations will be in place.
Hand sanitizer will be provided.
Social distancing (6 ft apart) is required.
If you have symptoms or have been exposed to COVID, please do not attend.
For those uncomfortable attending in person, an online option is available.
Pre-Workshop Checklist
Complete Elements 1-7 and their assignments in Google Classroom. Upload all homework as instructed in the Welcome Section.
Prepare a list of questions after completing the Luxe Academy Online modules.
Practice Element 8 (optional—it will be covered hands-on during the workshop).
Complete the pre-workshop survey by February 15th.
